Makarios Drousiotis published an extensive article, nearly 4000 words, in which he formulates serious claims about former and current officials and judges, implicating them also in the brotherhood of the Rosicrucians, which, according to him, he presents as a “nationwide gang of economic crime”.
Among others, he refers to the former judge Michalakis Christodoulou, to whom he attributes, according to his publication, sexual harassment of Santi, who is named as the daughter of a close friend of his. He also claims that Santi became pregnant at 16 and that she conveyed to him information about serious corruption cases, in which she is alleged to have been an eyewitness and earwitness witness.
Morfakis Solomonidis is named as the person who is alleged to have transmitted information.
The article also includes references to alleged relations with Nicos Anastasiades, to the case of the spy van and to the Focus case. At the same time, claims are formulated that there were bugs in the Legal Service and Morfakis Solomonidis is named as a person who is alleged to have transmitted information. Reference is also made to transfers and financial transactions towards various persons.
Myron Nicolatos rejects the references as fiction and states that he never received money. Dimitris Papadakis characterizes the references as false and fabricated, denies any relation with Michalakis Christodoulou and requests that the evidence be forensically examined. Nikos Tornaritis states that he gave instructions to his lawyers to examine the publication and to take the necessary measures.
Myron Nicolatos, Dimitris Papadakis and Morfakis Solomonidis state that they examine or proceed to legal actions against Makarios Drousiotis, with the latter also announcing a lawsuit for libel and defamation, as well as a complaint to the Police.
