The guilt of the accused in the case of revenge porn against Ioanna Touni was proposed by the prosecutor of the seat, for the offense of violation of sensitive personal data with the purpose of harming the victim.
The one ne is seen together with her in the video and the other is the one who recorded it, with the two men then publishing and distributing the video.
As reported by voria.gr, the prosecutor of the seat is said to have stated in her speech that the purpose of the two accused “was to brutally offend her personality”.
The video was recorded in 2017 without her consent and was later published (also without consent). She filed a lawsuit in 2020.
She added that “the person of the victim received a multitude of humiliating characterizations and not the accused, for whom for some their act was even considered a product of bravery”. The prosecutor also stressed that “they wanted to boast that they did something with Ioanna Touni because she was known”.
“I am happy because I have come here with the truth. It is somewhat paradoxical that today is April Fool’s Day, but I wish and hope that there will be no lies and that the truth will shine,” she said upon her arrival at the Judicial Palace of Thessaloniki.
She then broke into tears upon hearing the prosecutorial proposal at the Three-Member Court of Appeal for Felonies of Thessaloniki.
